Ordering From Bio-Urns
There are only 5 easy steps to owning your very own living urn.
Step 1
Place your order by contacting us through our contact page, keeping in mind that we only offer free delivery to Norwich + 3 mile radius. Inform us if you fall outside of this area so we can give you an accurate delivery cost, as all our Bio-Urns are personally delivered.
Step 2
After we've received your request, we will send you a confirmation email, which will include our invoice with banking details and an assigned unique order number.
Step 3
Make payment using your unique order number as a reference.
Step 4
Once your payment is received, we will dispatch a plastic test tube to you via post. The test tube will have your unique order number on it. Fill this tube with the cremation ashes and send back to us via post.
Step 5
We'll begin crafting your Bio-Urn, and once it's ready, we'll get in touch with you to let you know and arrange a collection or delivery date.
